Royal Mail UK Delivery Royal Mail aim to deliver within the timeframe set out, but this is not guaranteed. Delivery times are given in good faith, but AE CAR cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries.. However, for Royal Mail to class the order as lost in the post we have to allow them 15 working days to deliver [this is a Royal Mail rule].

If you still haven't received it by the 15th working day, please contact us & we will investigate the matter for you. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

UK Courier Delivery UK couriers aim to deliver within the timeframe set out, , but not guaranteed, 99% of parcels arrive the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays. DPD courier usually delivers on Saturday. Delivery times are given in good faith, but AE CAR cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries.

Overseas orders International orders are very welcomed. We despatch to all over the world. Transit times are in the shopping cart using the Shipping Calculator. Please bear in mind, not all parts can be sent overseas, a bumper or a bonnet is too large to ship outside the UK! Unfortunately, some bulky items have no shipping price to some countries, please contact us and we will email you with prices.

For outside of the EU shipping prices are listed for products up to the weight of 60kg with Express courier delivery, if you are looking for an Economy delivery please contact us and we will be happy to quote you.

Transit times are for major cities, other destinations may require additional time in transit.

Some European and International locations are based in a remote area and will incur a remote area surcharge for delivery. We will offer the option to pay the remote area surcharge or cancel the order.
