Returning your goods
UK Orders: If you wish to return the purchase you do not have to contact us and you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it to us. We will reimburse you for payments received including the costs of posting/shipping back to your original payment method. (except for the supplementary if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) a £2.50 returns charge will be applied for each return.
EU/International Orders: If you wish to return the purchase you do not have to contact us and you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it to us. We will reimburse you for goods back to your original payment method. We do not reimburse for EU/International shipping costs, a £2.50 returns charge will be applied for each return.
If you are based outside of the UK and wish to return goods you must ensure that when you fill out the customs form for the goods that the purpose of your shipment is 'Return to sender/seller' or 'Return of Goods'.
Electrical or Electronic Products Electrical or electronic products are not returnable. If the product is allegedly faulty, you must contact us for a warranty claim form before returning the product and we will return the product to the suppliers/manufacturers for them to check.

We do not offer free returns because we aim to keep the cost of the products as low as possible. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a recorded/trackable posting service. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.
All returns are subject to the following conditions:
•Goods are returned to us with carriage paid.
•All returns are accompanied by either a copy of the invoice, a copy of the order confirmation (sent to you via email), or proof of purchase.
•Please ensure that all goods are sent back to us via recorded/trackable delivery.
•All Goods are returned complete
•All Goods are returned in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging
Special Order Products We cannot accept products which have been classed as a special order or which have been manufactured to your specification for cancellation or return. Despatch times for special order products are given in good faith, but AE CAR cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries.
