Returning your goods

UK Orders: If you wish to cancel the purchase you must return the goods within 30 calendar days of receipt. We will reimburse you for all payments received including the costs of posting/shipping back to your original payment method. (except for the supplementary if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us)

EU/International Orders: If you wish to cancel the purchase you must return the goods within 30 calendar days of receipt and we will reimburse you for the goods back to your original payment method. We do not reimburse for EU/International shipping costs.

Goods returned after the above time frame may be subject to a 20% re-stocking and Handling charge and will exclude any post & packing costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of invoice or proof of purchase and reason for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a recorded/trackable posting service. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.

AE car is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts. Please advise us of any problems with shortages within 5 days of receipt.

All returns are subject to the following conditions: 

•Goods are returned to us carriage paid.
•All Goods are returned complete
•All Goods are returned in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Special Order Products

We cannot accept products which have been classed as a special order or which has been manufactured to your specification for cancellation or return. Despatch times for special order products are given in good faith, but AE CAR cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries.
